What is J.O.N? No one really knows what the name is about. But what we do know is its an exciting one-off event happening soon! On May 1st we are co-hosting (with Youth 180) a day of fun and food at the King’s Lodge , our base just off Watling Street (the A5) in Nuneaton. Why are we doing this? You have the choice between 2 set menus.

One of the funnest times of the year – high energy, deep impact, wide open heaven… we love serving the precious 8-11 year olds at Spring Harvest!
This year our FireStarters programme was “FireStarters X-stream”, as our great friends Dave and Ali Summers from Rising Brook in Stafford stepped up to leading out. They did an awesome job!
Our theme was the story of Esther – looking at being unlikely heroes. It was wonderful to go on a journey with the young people as they, like Esther, gave God the “mess” in their lives, put Him first and realised they could be unlikely heroes, “born for such a time as this”.
Of course we also enjoyed jumping worship, games, workshops, creative prayer zones, crazy Caveman antics with Chi Chi and Moohah and raising money for a school in Nairobi, Kenya (our final total was £807.47). Bring on next year!
